Walk across the street to the Gondola or jump on the bus up to Peak 8 in the morning and ski down the Skiway Skyway in the afternoon. Conveniently located just one block from downtown Main Street, these Breckenridge condos are your key to a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the stone wood fireplace after a day on the mountain, or soak in the shared outdoor hot tub on site. Ski Hill Condominiums is also a great property in the summer with an onsite swimming pool open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, weather dependent.

The home’s south-facing deck is 75 feet long and has a custom-built gas log fire pit, gas grill, and private hot tub facing the ski run, the ideal place to relax after a great day outdoors.

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Twin Elk Lodge is located on the corner of Ski Hill and Park Avenue within 3 blocks of Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. These bright condos offer the comforts of home, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a private balcony. Each unit has a heated one car garage. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a warm soak in the common area hot tub. Twin Elk Lodge is conveniently located adjacent to the complimentary town shuttle stop for fast access to the ski area bases, and approximately 250 yards to the BreckConnect Gondola. At the end of your ski day, take the Skyway Skiway to the underground walkway and you will be a short walk back to the Lodge.
