Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

Wow! Located at the base of Pico Mountain, you have ski on/off access to this great family-friendly mountain resort and you're only 10 minutes to Killington Resort as well. (Secret local's tip: Pico is a great place to ski on peak weekends and holidays when Killington is much busier, and it's always perfect for families.) Our renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect place to call home while you're in Killington. Featuring new furnishings and appliances along with some great local artwork, you'll relax by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes and can cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft condo at Northbrook Condos in Killington, Vermont, where you'll be greeted with mountain views and the promise of a memorable stay. This renovated condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests, featuring three cozy bedrooms each with a queen bed, and an additional charming loft space outfitted with two twin beds. Our well-appointed living spaces are designed with your comfort in mind. The large living room, complete with a welcoming fireplace, is the perfect spot for relaxation and socializing. The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area.
