Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft condo at Northbrook Condos in Killington, Vermont, where you'll be greeted with mountain views and the promise of a memorable stay. This renovated condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests, featuring three cozy bedrooms each with a queen bed, and an additional charming loft space outfitted with two twin beds. Our well-appointed living spaces are designed with your comfort in mind. The large living room, complete with a welcoming fireplace, is the perfect spot for relaxation and socializing. Here, you can unwind after a day of skiing or hiking in the mountains.

The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette.
