This 2 BR / 1.5 BA property is located just off the main road and 5 minutes to the slopes. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar area with wine fridge, gas fireplace, living room with streaming TV, two downstairs bedrooms and a back deck with grill, you'll have everything you need for your holiday here. The house sleeps up to six guests in a queen bedroom and king bedroom with bunk bed. We love the uniqueness of this property so much and are sure you will too.

An evening shuttle service is available in winter to the dining and nightlife on the famous Killington Road.

Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

The lower level of the house continues the cozy, stylish theme. Here you'll find a family room - perfect for late-night games or movie nights. A mudroom provides ample space to store your skiing gear. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor, both furnished with sturdy bunk beds. One of these bedrooms also has an additional twin bed. A full bathroom is available on this level for convenience and privacy.
