Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

Alpine Meadow Chalets are surrounded by lodge pole pines and are located within a half mile of the Madison Base Area. Chalets feature fine finishes, designer décor with cathedral ceilings, stone fireplaces, decks, in-unit laundry facilities and full kitchens. A private vehicle is recommended.

Big Sky Town Center is a 10-minute walk or short drive, where guests will find many of our favorite local shops, restaurants, groceries, and nightlife. The west entrance of Yellowstone National Park is a 45-minute drive to the south, most of which is through the scenic northwest corner of the park and Gallatin National Forest.
