Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

This deluxe slopeside facility combines the convenience of a hotel with the amenities of a condominium. Flexible lock-offs allow for many sleeping configurations. The Summit melds European sophistication with Western style. The elegant Euro-Western Summit at Big Sky made its debut in March 2000 and features eight residential levels, two public levels with reception, concierge, meeting rooms, Provisions resort wear gift shop and an espresso cart. There are also three levels of underground parking. Offering ski access via the Cascade and White Otter lifts, the Hoos Views home is a true mountain paradise. With nearly 5,000 square feet, there are 5 bedrooms—two kings, two queens, and one bunk room with two twins and two doubles. The two luxurious master suites are furnished with gas fireplaces. In addition to two large family rooms, there is also a home office. The large kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line granite countertops and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove and double oven with indoor grill top, two refrigerators, and a walk-in pantry. Guests can choose to dine in the large dining area or outside on the large wraparound deck with ceiling heaters. Other amenities include a house-wide Sonos sound system and two home theater systems, two sets of washer/dryers, an outdoor gas fire pit, large gas grill, 8-person outdoor hot tub, separate ski/gear room, and 2-car garage.

Located near the Moonlight Lodge, directly on the groomed run Powder River, the Cowboy Heaven Cabins enjoy beautiful views year-round, and easy ski access to all of Big Sky Resort's terrain in the winter. These comfortable cabin-style homes enjoy majestic views of Lone Mountain and the valley below. When your day of adventure comes to an end, take a dip in your private outdoor hot tub, soaking in the incredible surrounding scenery. During chilly winter evenings, slip inside to gather by the wood-burning stove or fireplace. For your convenience, each cabin offers a washer and dryer.

Nestled in the pines on the Moonlight Basin side of Lone Mountain with direct ski-in/ski-out access to Big Sky’s uncrowded slopes, this free-standing cabin offers comfort and convenience in an awesome location! It is an ideal Big Sky base for endless alpine adventures. From the open plan living area and kitchen through to the two spacious bedrooms, the warm interiors create the feel of a true ski cabin with mountain décor, handmade cabinets, and alpine artifacts. This 880 sq ft cabin is an ideal base for families and groups of friends and easily accommodates six guests in an en-suite master, bunk room with custom log beds and a sofa bed.

Discover the allure of Backcountry Lookout, a modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom luxury cabin, perfect for adventurous guests seeking unforgettable mountainside views, backcountry ski-in/ski-out adventures, wildlife viewing and stargazing, or a peaceful romantic getaway. Nestled on the 9,000-foot ridge overlooking Beehive Basin near Big Sky, this cabin sits on a 40-acre private lot surrounded by National Forest land with frequent wildlife visitors such as bighorn sheep, elk, moose, deer, foxes, and sage hens. After an exhilarating journey through the backcountry, guests will love returning home to all the modern comforts of this alpine retreat.

Marrying modern architecture with a cozy mountain-home atmosphere, Tanager House is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath Silvertip cabin offering a light-filled, wood-and-glass escape with sweeping views of the surrounding Madison Mountain Range, including Lone Peak and the Spanish Peaks. With direct access to a groomed, novice-friendly ski trail, which takes you directly to the Madison Base Area and Six-Shooter high-speed chairlift, Tanager House is ideal for skiers of all levels. In the summer, explore hiking and mountain-biking trails at Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort. Built in 2015 and named by Architectural Digest among the world’s “9 Most Beautiful Hotel Cabins,” the Silvertip enclave is a collection of unique luxury ski cabins featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood beams, mixed stone-and-wood facades, and angular mid-century inspired silhouettes. The living area flows into a 10-seat dining area with a custom granite table and gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen. A glass door leads to a private deck with expansive views, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, and private hot tub. The picturesque sunset views are truly unforgettable. The home has a laundry room and one-car garage with customized storage for your skiing/snowboarding/biking equipment in addition to your vehicle, so you can easily explore surrounding areas, including the Meadow Village and Yellowstone National Park. Please note that if you opt to pay the guest fee, you can access the private Moonlight Basin Club, and its gracious amenities.

Located in the Cowboy Heaven area of Moonlight Basin, the Moonlight Mountain Home at 7 Mountain Home Road is a 3 bedroom 4.5 bath home designed with easy winter ski access in mind. Summertime means outdoor living with spacious decks, a private outdoor hot tub, and of course spectacular nearby Yellowstone National Park! Convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting abound – not to mention direct ski in/ski out access to Big Sky Resort. The home offers three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king. Each bedroom has a private bath. The master bedroom also has a gas fireplace. The crew will also love to gather around the TV and Wii gaming console in the loft, which also has a private bath, Additional sleeping room is available on the two twin beds with trundles in the loft. A separate living room is equipped with a SmartTV, BluRay player, and a wood-burning fireplace. For your convenience, the home is equipped with a laundry room and a one car garage. Guests of 7 Mountain Home can enjoy access to the private Moonlight Club for an additional fee, which includes a fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub.
