Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Nestled on the 9,000-foot ridge overlooking Beehive Basin near Big Sky, this cabin sits on a 40-acre private lot surrounded by National Forest land with frequent wildlife visitors such as bighorn sheep, elk, moose, deer, foxes, and sage hens. After an exhilarating journey through the backcountry, guests will love returning home to all the modern comforts of this alpine retreat.

Powder Ridge Cabins are handcrafted cabins with roomy floor plans, modern amenities, and old world charm. Enjoy cozy a fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, and a full kitchen, all nestled in the pines on the flanks of Lone Peak. The Powder Ridge Cabins are great for families and groups. Located on the north end of the Mountain Village, you can access skiing via secluded trails and bridges. In fact, on your first day of skiing, you can access the White Otter Lift and ski over to the base area to pick up your lift tickets. Just make sure you get exact directions on the best ski route back to your cabin, or you might end up too far down the mountain! Private vehicles are required for this location.

There is also a wood-burning fireplace for comfortable evening gatherings. A deck off the suite provides access to the hot tub as well as a gas grill. Welcome to 360 Chalet, a custom-built home with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms that can accommodate 16 guests. Guests will enjoy lovely views of the Spanish Peaks Range, Lone Peak, and Big Sky Resort. This 3-level home features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a heated walkway to the front door of the home’s lower level, a back deck with a gas grill and a hot tub in the backyard also with a heated walkway and patio. The living room is located on the third floor. Here guests will find a wood-burning stone fireplace, a leather sofa, a Smart TV and access to a deck with outdoor seating and spectacular vistas!
