Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

The Summit melds European sophistication with Western style. The Black Eagle Lodges are less than 1/4 mile to the Plaza and nearly at the foot of the Black Bear Poma Lift. Ski in to your elegant accommodations and relax on the scenic deck. Blue Grouse Hills is the perfect year-round location for a quiet family retreat to Big Sky, abutting rolling sagebrush and forested hills near Town Center. This quaint neighborhood features a small handful of townhome duplexes styled on the exterior as log cabins with all the comforts of home inside—and lots of outdoor living space for lawn games or playing in the yard. Big Sky Town Center is a 10-minute walk or short drive, where guests will find many of our favorite local shops, restaurants, groceries, and nightlife. Other nearby activities include fly-fishing and rafting on the Gallatin River, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The west entrance of Yellowstone National Park is a 45-minute drive to the south, most of which is through the scenic northwest corner of the park and Gallatin National Forest.
