In addition to two large family rooms, there is also a home office. The large kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line granite countertops and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove and double oven with indoor grill top, two refrigerators, and a walk-in pantry. Guests can choose to dine in the large dining area or outside on the large wraparound deck with ceiling heaters. Other amenities include a house-wide Sonos sound system and two home theater systems, two sets of washer/dryers, an outdoor gas fire pit, large gas grill, 8-person outdoor hot tub, separate ski/gear room, and 2-car garage.

With over 4,000 square feet of living space, the home offers plenty of space to relax both indoors and out, including a private deck overlooking Lone Peak with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Styled in mountain-modern decor, this custom home features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, a Sonos sound system, Apple TV on all TVs and a game room.
