Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. This Moonlight Mountain Home is ideal for year-round getaways to Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park. Located in the Cowboy Heaven area of Moonlight Basin, there is a trail from the lower level patio of the home that guests can use to access the Alpine Meadows ski run. To ski in, guests can walk back to the cul-de-sac where the home is located. Guests will also enjoy the panoramic mountain views from the private hot tub and being able to warm up after a long day of skiing in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Summertime means outdoor living area on the spacious deck, and convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting. Guests have access to the private amenities at the Moonlight Club which includes a pool, outdoor activity center, and Jack Nicklaus golf course with an optional temporary membership fee. This home also includes the use of the owner's private ski locker at the Moonlight Lodge with the Moonlight Club access fee. For your convenience, the home is equipped with a laundry room and a one car garage.

Doc’s Holiday is an updated suite offering 3 bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms, plus a bonus room. Two of the bedrooms and the bonus room are located downstairs, giving them direct walk out access to the hot tub. Both master bedrooms, one upstairs and one down, provide a king bed and a gas burning fireplace for premium relaxation. All four bedrooms include flat screen TVs with Sonos Soundbars and DirecTV. The bonus room is a great escape for kids with a flat screen TV, Wii gaming console with select family games, DVD/Blueray player with select movies as well as classic board games. This media room doubles as a fourth bedroom with a deluxe Queen Plus Comfort Sleeper sofa bed. The great room has a gas fireplace and a deck with a gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the breathtaking views. The well-appointed kitchen offers a copper sink, stainless steel appliances and is complete with a wine fridge in the center island. The dining area seats up to 10 guests. There is an additional ski room attached to this suite with an 8 pair boot dryer, 2 storage benches, 10 pair ski rack and two snow board racks. There is also a laundry room for your convenience.

This 3,200 square foot Big Sky vacation rental is perfect for families and groups. The 5 bedroom home has a spacious deck off the main living room with gas grill and private hot tub. With ample seating and an outdoor fire pit, this is the ideal spot to entertain. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a gas range, with seating for 8 people at the dining table plus another 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room is located on the main level and has a wood-burning fireplace perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed with an en-suite bath. There are two other bedrooms that both have a king bed and en-suite bath. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath. The fifth bedroom has two full beds with trundles. There is also a bonus sleeping area in the loft with a twin daybed. A washer/dryer and two-car detached garage are also available, for your convenience. Please note that a temporary guest membership at the private Spanish Peaks Mountain Club is required for an additional fee, applied to persons 12 years and older.
