Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Snowflake at Skycrest is a roomy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that sleeps 4 with breathtaking views of Lone Peak in the Skycrest building in the Mountain Village neighborhood. Conveniently located across the street from the Skyline Shuttle Stop, it’s easy to access the nearby ski runs and lifts at Big Sky Resort. Guests will love the spacious accommodations, back deck with a cozy firepit area, and the indoor wood burning fireplace.

The Black Eagle Lodges are less than 1/4 mile to the Plaza and nearly at the foot of the Black Bear Poma Lift. Ski in to your elegant accommodations and relax on the scenic deck. To ski in, guests can walk back to the cul-de-sac where the home is located. Guests will also enjoy the panoramic mountain views from the private hot tub and being able to warm up after a long day of skiing in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Summertime means outdoor living area on the spacious deck, and convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting. Guests have access to the private amenities at the Moonlight Club which includes a pool, outdoor activity center, and Jack Nicklaus golf course with an optional temporary membership fee. This home also includes the use of the owner's private ski locker at the Moonlight Lodge with the Moonlight Club access fee. For your convenience, the home is equipped with a laundry room and a one car garage.

From this mountain-top estate, Big Sky’s two base areas are a 5-minute drive away, offering easy access to ski school, shopping, dining and family activities. The Settlement Cabin, located directly across the street from the clubhouse at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, is the perfect home for a relaxing getaway at Big Sky resort. At the Spanish Peaks Clubhouse, guests can take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access via the Lewis and Clark high-speed quad lift on Spirit Mountain as well as the community pool, fitness center, tubing hill and much more. This 3,200 square foot Big Sky vacation rental is perfect for families and groups. The 5 bedroom home has a spacious deck off the main living room with gas grill and private hot tub. With ample seating and an outdoor fire pit, this is the ideal spot to entertain. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a gas range, with seating for 8 people at the dining table plus another 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room is located on the main level and has a wood-burning fireplace perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed with an en-suite bath. There are two other bedrooms that both have a king bed and en-suite bath. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath. The fifth bedroom has two full beds with trundles. There is also a bonus sleeping area in the loft with a twin daybed. A washer/dryer and two-car detached garage are also available, for your convenience. Please note that a temporary guest membership at the private Spanish Peaks Mountain Club is required for an additional fee, applied to persons 12 years and older.
