Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

A full-length leather sofa and three additional armchairs provide ample space to relax around the fire or watch the large flat-screen TV. With ski access and hiking trails just outside, guests have ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors from Wolf Pack Hideaway, but private on-site parking makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, from downtown Big Sky, located just 8 miles away, to Yellowstone National Park, about an hour’s drive. Available for an optional fee, guests also have access to the Moonlight Club facilities, a 3-minute drive away, including a heated swimming pool, fitness center, and family-friendly activities like snowshoeing and ice skating at Ulery’s Lake outdoor activity center. In the summer, guests can mountain bike, fish, and many other activities.

Residences are standalone, single-family homes. Six Bedroom Mountain Homes offer scenic forest and valley views and close proximity to ski trails with direct ski in - ski out access. These homes also offer close proximity to Lodge and its amenities. The homes entrance is located on level two - featuring the main living area and fireplace which seats 6-10 - a full gourmet kitchen with premium appliances - an island with barstool seating and a dining room that seats 8-10.
