Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

With direct access to a groomed, novice-friendly ski trail, which takes you directly to the Madison Base Area and Six-Shooter high-speed chairlift, Tanager House is ideal for skiers of all levels. In the summer, explore hiking and mountain-biking trails at Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort. Built in 2015 and named by Architectural Digest among the world’s “9 Most Beautiful Hotel Cabins,” the Silvertip enclave is a collection of unique luxury ski cabins featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood beams, mixed stone-and-wood facades, and angular mid-century inspired silhouettes. The living area flows into a 10-seat dining area with a custom granite table and gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen. A glass door leads to a private deck with expansive views, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, and private hot tub. The picturesque sunset views are truly unforgettable. The home has a laundry room and one-car garage with customized storage for your skiing/snowboarding/biking equipment in addition to your vehicle, so you can easily explore surrounding areas, including the Meadow Village and Yellowstone National Park. Please note that if you opt to pay the guest fee, you can access the private Moonlight Basin Club, and its gracious amenities.

Powder Ridge Cabins are handcrafted cabins with roomy floor plans, modern amenities, and old world charm. Enjoy cozy a fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, and a full kitchen, all nestled in the pines on the flanks of Lone Peak. The Powder Ridge Cabins are great for families and groups. Located on the north end of the Mountain Village, you can access skiing via secluded trails and bridges. In fact, on your first day of skiing, you can access the White Otter Lift and ski over to the base area to pick up your lift tickets. Just make sure you get exact directions on the best ski route back to your cabin, or you might end up too far down the mountain! Private vehicles are required for this location.

Big View Luxury Suite features spectacular panoramic views of the Big Sky area and luxurious furnishings and décor. It offer year-round fun for the whole family and direct ski-in/ski-out access to Big Sky Resort. This suite offers 4 bedrooms, each with a private bath. For your entertainment when you're not enjoying the beautiful slopes, the living room boasts a smart TV, DVD player, a Wii console, and an iPod dock for playing your favorite music throughout the suite. There is also a wood-burning fireplace for comfortable evening gatherings. A deck off the suite provides access to the hot tub as well as a gas grill. There is also a laundry room for your convenience.

Located on the Moonlight Basin side of the resort, Saddle Ridge Townhomes are a three-story complex that is cozy, yet elegant. Guests at Saddle Ridge enjoy peace and quiet with Lone Mountain rising up in the west and the Spanish Peaks glistening to the north. The property is ski-in/ski-out or slopeside to both Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort via the Iron Horse Chairlift, which is in front of the Moonlight Lodge. Amenities include: Private outdoor hot tubs, washer-dryer, a full kitchen, living,and dining areas. A private 4x4 vehicle is suggested for transportation.

The main level hosts a combined living, dining, and kitchen space decorated with atmospheric grays and warm leather and wood accents. Stunning views come with the Lone View Lodge home in Mountain Village, with ski access to Big Sky Resort via the White Otter and Cascade chair lifts. It’s just a short drive from Yellowstone National Park in the summer. The secluded location of this home affords spectacular mountain views from all angles. There are four bedrooms in total, two with king beds and private baths, a third with a queen bed, and a fourth with a twin bunk bed set and captain’s bunk bed set. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bath. A downstairs family room includes a home theater and gas fireplace, making it a comfortable retreat for the family in addition to the living room. This home also offers a private outdoor hot tub as well as a gas grill, Direct TV, and wireless internet. For your convenience Lone View also provides a laundry room and a two-car garage.
