The Summit melds European sophistication with Western style. The elegant Euro-Western Summit at Big Sky made its debut in March 2000 and features eight residential levels, two public levels with reception, concierge, meeting rooms, Provisions resort wear gift shop and an espresso cart. Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. The living area flows into a 10-seat dining area with a custom granite table and gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen. The home has a laundry room and one-car garage with customized storage for your skiing/snowboarding/biking equipment in addition to your vehicle, so you can easily explore surrounding areas, including the Meadow Village and Yellowstone National Park. Please note that if you opt to pay the guest fee, you can access the private Moonlight Basin Club, and its gracious amenities.

Guests can choose to dine in the large dining area or outside on the large wraparound deck with ceiling heaters.
