Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. An open-concept living area greets guests with seamless flow between the sitting area, dining room and gourmet kitchen. Two elegant armchairs and a full-size sofa, which unfolds into a queen bed, face a stacked-stone fireplace and large-screen TV, inviting cozy evenings after a day of adventures. Big View Luxury Suite features spectacular panoramic views of the Big Sky area and luxurious furnishings and décor.
