Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

This deluxe slopeside facility combines the convenience of a hotel with the amenities of a condominium. Flexible lock-offs allow for many sleeping configurations. The Summit melds European sophistication with Western style. The elegant Euro-Western Summit at Big Sky made its debut in March 2000 and features eight residential levels, two public levels with reception, concierge, meeting rooms, Provisions resort wear gift shop and an espresso cart. There are also three levels of underground parking. This 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath house is a ski accessible escape nestled on the wooded grounds of Moonlight Basin. Hardwood beams, vaulted ceilings, log furniture and mountain decor evoke the feeling of a classic ski lodge, while a gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and cozy living spaces makes this 2,600 square-foot residence feel like home. A two-story great room features two full-length sofas and a comfy armchair framing a wood-burning fireplace and large flat-screen TV for relaxing nights in, while a formal 8-seat dining table, set beneath an impressive cast-iron chandelier, allows families to gather around a home-cooked meal. With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is sure to inspire the family chef. Three seats at the breakfast bar provide additional seating or a separate kids’ area. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal sweeping mountain views from a private wrap-around deck, which also features a four-seat table and chairs, gas grill, and private hot tub. The spacious master suite offers views of its own with a private balcony overlooking mountains and towering pine trees. In addition to a king-sized bed, this room features a plush loveseat facing a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms are on the first floor, both featuring queen-sized beds and private bathrooms. A third-floor loft features two additional twin beds plus an additional trundle bed to comfortably sleep 10 total guests, as well as a full-length sofa, desk, flat-screen TV and private bath. From the main-level ski room, a private staircase leads to a groomed access trail for convenient ski access to Moonlight Basin or Big Sky Resort, giving each guest the freedom to hit the slopes, break for lunch, or start apres-ski at their leisure. A private washer and dryer ensures every day can start with dry clothes. Beyond the slopes, a one-car garage gives you the freedom to explore the shops, dining and entertainment in downtown Big Sky, a 5-10 minute drive away. In the summer, soak in the mountain views and hit the trails for hiking and biking, or test your high-altitude driving distance at the nearby Big Sky Golf Course.

The Settlement Cabin, located directly across the street from the clubhouse at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, is the perfect home for a relaxing getaway at Big Sky resort. At the Spanish Peaks Clubhouse, guests can take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access via the Lewis and Clark high-speed quad lift on Spirit Mountain as well as the community pool, fitness center, tubing hill and much more. This 3,200 square foot Big Sky vacation rental is perfect for families and groups. The 5 bedroom home has a spacious deck off the main living room with gas grill and private hot tub. With ample seating and an outdoor fire pit, this is the ideal spot to entertain. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a gas range, with seating for 8 people at the dining table plus another 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room is located on the main level and has a wood-burning fireplace perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed with an en-suite bath. There are two other bedrooms that both have a king bed and en-suite bath. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath. The fifth bedroom has two full beds with trundles. There is also a bonus sleeping area in the loft with a twin daybed. A washer/dryer and two-car detached garage are also available, for your convenience. Please note that a temporary guest membership at the private Spanish Peaks Mountain Club is required for an additional fee, applied to persons 12 years and older.

Nestled directly on Moonlight Basin’s Powder River run for ski-in, ski-out access in the winter with hiking and biking trails out the door in the summer, the 4-bedroom home is ideal for groups and families looking to enjoy Big Sky’s year-round recreation. Styled in mountain decor, this rustic mountain condo welcomes guests to an expansive great room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains and French doors opening onto a private deck with a hot tub. There is a second deck that offers a gas grill for guests to use. A full-length leather sofa and three additional armchairs provide ample space to relax around the fire or watch the large flat-screen TV. With ski access and hiking trails just outside, guests have ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors from Wolf Pack Hideaway, but private on-site parking makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, from downtown Big Sky, located just 8 miles away, to Yellowstone National Park, about an hour’s drive. Available for an optional fee, guests also have access to the Moonlight Club facilities, a 3-minute drive away, including a heated swimming pool, fitness center, and family-friendly activities like snowshoeing and ice skating at Ulery’s Lake outdoor activity center. In the summer, guests can mountain bike, fish, and many other activities.

Big View Luxury Suite features spectacular panoramic views of the Big Sky area and luxurious furnishings and décor. It offer year-round fun for the whole family and direct ski-in/ski-out access to Big Sky Resort. This suite offers 4 bedrooms, each with a private bath. For your entertainment when you're not enjoying the beautiful slopes, the living room boasts a smart TV, DVD player, a Wii console, and an iPod dock for playing your favorite music throughout the suite. There is also a wood-burning fireplace for comfortable evening gatherings. A deck off the suite provides access to the hot tub as well as a gas grill. There is also a laundry room for your convenience.

Perched on a hillside overlooking Big Sky’s Mountain Village, Hunt’s View offers unobstructed mountain views and direct access to the ski slopes from the Cascade chairlift with two groomed ski run options. Ideal for large groups or extended families, this three-level home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. With over 4,000 square feet of living space, the home offers plenty of space to relax both indoors and out, including a private deck overlooking Lone Peak with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Styled in mountain-modern decor, this custom home features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, a Sonos sound system, Apple TV on all TVs and a game room. Natural light streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an inviting atmosphere on the main level, which features a seamless flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas. Comfy sofas and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room invite guests to relax after a day on the mountain, while a cozy breakfast bar allows for catching up over hot cocoa or a glass of wine in the gourmet kitchen. Hop on the Beehive Basin Trailhead, a 3-minute drive, or explore lift-served hiking and biking at the Big Sky base area, accessible in less than 5 minutes. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping and entertainment in downtown Big Sky are 10 minutes away. A 2-car garage allows you to easily explore the area. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are necessary during winter season.
